Chief Delivery Collective LLC is a general freight transport company that is owned and operated by a local family. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and hard in a team environment. As a box truck driver, you will be the face of our company and you will consistently exceed customer expectations by ensuring all deliveries are made on time, safely, and to the correct location.

Currently, we are looking to fill part‑time and full‑time driving positions in Toledo, Ohio.

• Operate a box truck, including climbing in and out of the vehicle, walking upstairs, and navigating terminals in all weather conditions, delivering loads safely and punctually.
• Work approximately 4–5 days a week, 10–12 hour shifts.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
• Maintain a positive can‑do attitude.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records.
• Interact professionally with customers and the public.

• Be 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English.
• Have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Consent to a drug test, MVR, and background check.
• Be able to operate and navigate a box truck weighing 26,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle).
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during a 10–12 hour shift.
• Handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Accept text messages from company managers regarding schedule, performance, and other matters on your personal cell phone.
