Seeking experienced OTR drivers for a growing transportation company based in Van Wert, Ohio.
- Operate primarily dry van and reefer loads nationwide, with 90% drop‑and‑hook freight and no‑touch reefer loads.
- Require 2+ years of driving experience, CDL Class A, and ability to pass DOT drug screening.
- Responsibilities include safely operating trucks, loading/unloading cargo, tracking e‑logs, inspecting vehicles, and adhering to schedules.
- Regional lanes include Baytown, TX;
Baltimore, MD; and Valdosta, GA. - Potential weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles.
- Offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, competitive pay ($0.60‑$0.65/mile), and full benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
- Additional perks include pet‑friendly policies, retention bonuses, incentive for clean inspections, and passenger/rider programs.
