Inventory Control Specialist - Toledo, OH

The Inventory Control Specialist checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy.

• Full-time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Wednesday 7:30AM - 4:30PM
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

• Conduct a physical inventory of full goods, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP. Use of RF scanner, hand count.
• Perform an age inventory of product in the warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.
• Ensure proper administration of all cycle counts procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to Inventory reconciliation; reconcile any Inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions.
• Create STO’s for transfers to other locations
• Handle period ending Inventory accounting duties to resolve issues related to Warehouse Operations.
• Prepare and maintain and distribute reports related to Inventory.
• Ensure SOX compliance following the SOX checklists related to Inventory.
• May also need to support warehouse operations.
• Report daily to Warehouse Operations Supervisor
• Walk warehouse daily to check for missing signage and assign slotting
• Work with Sales Ops team to review slotting for maximum efficiencies
• Date code reporting monthly
• Manage damage and returned product
• POS management in both soft and glides and racks keeping areas clean and organized
• Other duties as needed

• $19.47 - $24.36 per hour

• Experience in supply planning or inventory control
• Experience using RF Technology
• Experience SAP or similar Warehouse Management System
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed
