Warehouse Worker Lead Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily workflow of a team.

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 5:00 PM – finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required.

• Pay starting at $24.16 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $25.38 per hour in the quarter after their 6‑month anniversary.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
• Must be able to yard jockey/move all vehicles, including 53’ trailers, safely.
