As a Toledo Warehouse Key Leader, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting warehouse team members to ensure daily goals are met.
• Assisting with inventory management and organization of overstock merchandise.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all warehouse activities.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. independently as part of daily tasks.
• Helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well‑organized warehouse environment.

To succeed in this role, here’s what you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on your own.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Leadership Qualities: A proactive attitude and the ability to motivate and guide others.
