Services include supply chain management, logistics management, testing and inspection services, and packaging and kitting.

• Coordinate and monitor the activities of a work group or cell.
• Provide on‑the‑job training as needed.
• Ensure completion of work and alignment with customer requirements while complying with company quality and safety processes.
• Provide input to Supervisor or Manager regarding performance.
• Oversee assignments and ensure proper completion of work activities in the group (e.g., inspection, warehouse operations, material handling).
• Lead by example, stay organized, and maintain good housekeeping in all areas.
• Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate shift start‑up activities and end‑of‑shift cleanup or related activities.
• Ensure tools and materials are available for completion of jobs.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new work instructions when applicable.
• Report accidents, incidents, and policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Participate in, support, and comply with health and safety initiatives and requirements.
• Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
• Meet and uphold the company employee attributes and competencies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate procedures clearly and instruct others effectively.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
