We're hiring a Yard Supervisor to lead daily yard and warehouse operations while supporting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. This role serves as a key link between employees, customers, operations, and leadership to ensure work is completed efficiently and service expectations are exceeded.

• Lead daily yard and warehouse operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members
• Coordinate work assignments to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor service levels and support a positive customer experience
• Approve employee timecards and time-off requests
• Oversee inventory, receiving activities, and warehouse organization
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Support on-time deliveries and operational efficiency
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Five years of related operations, warehouse, logistics, or management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software
• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and business partners
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support team success
