Job Coach Position
The Tolland Transition Academy is seeking a job coach to work with students ages 18-22. The position works the school year based on the school calendar. See attached job description for details and qualifications. Starting pay is $23.91 per hour. The positions offer enrollment in health, dental, vision, life insurance and our 401A retirement plan as well as holiday pay and paid time off.
