As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you'll help improve and protect commercial properties through services like:
- Parking lot striping
- Crack filling
- Seal coating
- Asphalt repairs
- Warehouse floor markings
- Site preparation and equipment operation
No two days are exactly the same, and your work will be visible across the community.

What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift equipment/materials and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland
- Athletes and Veterans encouraged to apply
- Experience in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trades is a plus — but we can train the right person
Compensation & Benefits
