• Entry-level position - no prior experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize numbers and codes quickly
• Good hand dexterity for repetitive sorting tasks
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• Availability Monday-Saturday with variable start time (5:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
• Able to work 6+ hours per shift, depending on mail volume

Responsibilities

• Separate and sort mail by class, ZIP code, and assigned routing codes
• Place sorted mail into bins, tubs, and pallet boxes (Gaylords) for distribution
• Prepare outgoing mail for air freight and truck transportation to the correct destinations
• Apply sort labels, stickers, and bar-coded tags to containers per postal guidelines
• Read and interpret numeric and letter codes accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organization and pace to meet daily mail volume deadlines
• Follow workplace safety procedures while handling and moving mail
