-4:30 pm.

The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and tracks customer orders, works to resolve any delivery issues.

Qualifications include 1-3 years of effective customer support experience, preferably in a wholesale redistribution environment, strong phone skills, dynamic active listening, impassioned customer satisfaction focus, solid ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations, proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Duties include building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, meeting call handling and order entry quotas, handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, keeping records and track the pricing for customers, communicating with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders, working closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment, expediting reports (back orders/open orders).

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system.
