Taylor Farms Pacific is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure seamless coverage of customer needs throughout the order cycle. You will act as a liaison between customers, outside sales, and internal departments to resolve service issues and keep transactions accurate.
You will enter orders, verify pricing, communicate lead times, packaging and shipping requirements, and support continuous process improvements while working closely with Planning, Dispatch, and IT teams.
