General Description
Conduct weekly new hire orientation through Alchemy system and hands‑on activities to review company policies. Communicate with all department managers, superintendents, and supervisors in getting employees up to training to complete their annual training through the system “Alchemy”. Classroom Trainer is required to enter production areas. It is a requirement that all employees complete their Learning Plans, and the classroom trainer will own and manage this process.
Conducts perception surveys with hourly personnel in production areas. Strong organizational skills are required to manage the process and keep employees currently up to date with their training, and maintaining records. Flexibility is a must based on training needs. Ability to work well with others and assist when new hires and trainers need assistance.
