The Elementary Classroom Teacher provides high-quality instruction aligned with Arizona State Standards and district curriculum while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. This role collaborates with colleagues, families, and support staff to promote student achievement and growth.

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in core academic subjects.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess student progress and use data to guide instructional decisions.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school teams to support student success and well‑being.
• Participate in professional learning and contribute to school improvement efforts.
• Foster a culture of high expectations, belonging, and continuous growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate or eligibility for certification.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
