Superintendent for Industrial/Manufacturing Project

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support an industrial/manufacturing project. This role requires onsite presence and collaboration with other Superintendents who are managing different scopes of the project.

Responsibilities

* Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation.

* Allocate resources for assigned projects.

* Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.

* Work closely with the project manager.

* Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

* Negotiate with subcontractors and material vendors to obtain the best pricing.

* Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.

Essential Skills

* 10+ years of Superintendent experience.

* Experience supporting industrial type projects.

* Proficiency with Primavera, estimation, QA/QC, Autodesk, and job order contracting.

* Field/subcontractor management experience.

* Scheduling experience.

* Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Detail-oriented and organized.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Work Environment

The project is located onsite at a location off 99th Ave, focusing on the Ap Solutions/Buckeye Phase 2 with a $26 million 250K SF buildout. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, typically starting at 5 am, with potential 10-hour workdays. The position includes a laptop, cell phone, and vehicle allowance. This is a salaried role with no out-of-state travel; all projects are local.

This is a Contract position based out of Tolleson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
