Step into a meaningful role supporting students and families as a dedicated school psychologist for a full-time, contract opportunity beginning with the  school year. As an integral resource across multiple campuses in the vibrant Tolleson, AZ area, you will play a central role in fostering students growth, well-being, and academic success.

Ideal candidates demonstrate expertise collaborating effectively with staff, families, and students from early childhood through adolescence while delivering comprehensive psychological services. Youll be vital in conducting assessments, delivering counseling, and recommending interventions designed to remove learning barriers and nurture positive outcomes.

• Active Arizona psychologist license required
• AZ fingerprint clearance card (to be obtained prior to start)
• Proven school psychologist experience; comfort supporting various age groups and caseloads
• Excellent communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
• Bilingual and/or leadership experience is highly valued

• Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret data to support individualized educational plans
• Provide direct counseling services, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student support
• Facilitate staff development and serve as a resource for best practices in mental health
• Maintain meticulous documentation compliant with regulatory standards

This permanent position offers an annual salary range of $71,, with additional opportunities for compensation, including:

• Up to $5,000 signing bonus
• Up to $5,000 retention stipend
• Up to $1,500 hard-to-fill position stipend
• $5,000 bilingual stipend
• $3,000 Lead Psychologist stipend
