CTG supports a Fortune 500 client with a W2 contract for a Field Service Technician – IT to provide onsite technical support in Tolleson, AZ. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network issues, and software, including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, Citrix, and Service Now.
The ideal candidate has hands-on IT support experience and strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage incidents and meet SLAs in a fast-paced production environment.
