Parts Coordinator I – Supply Chain Logistics Specialist I

Compensation:
Hourly base pay $15.10 – $22.69 per hour, variable based on location and skills. Potential additional compensation including commission and incentive programs.
- Handle internal and external communications regarding parts ordering, cost estimates, procurement timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Manage parts inventory for mobile technicians and service trucks, including cycle counts, redistribution, and return to vendors.
- Order parts, perform part runs, deliver inventory to field technicians, and support shipping/receiving operations.
- Track and update inventory information and produce weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment and attend required management meetings.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years experience in commercial/diesel vehicle repair shop or fleet service department as a Parts Associate, or equivalent education and work‑related experience.
- Numerical proficiency: ability to perform basic arithmetic with fractions and decimals.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new IT systems (e.g., Web Wrench, Mobile Frame, RO Writer).
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Automotive parts experience.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to learn new parts and processes.
