Position Overview
At Stiiizy, the Logistics Ops Coordinator in our startup cannabis retail company is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of products through the supply chain, focusing on the coordination and execution of day-to-day logistics tasks. This role involves managing inventory records, scheduling shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. The Logistics Operations Coordinator works closely with the Logistics Supervisor to assist with warehouse operations, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

This position also involves liaising with vendors and transportation providers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Job Functions
Coordinate and execute daily logistics tasks to ensure the efficient flow of products through the supply chain.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor to support warehouse operations and resolve logistical issues.

• Liaise with vendors and transportation providers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Monitor and address shipment discrepancies, delays, or other issues to maintain operational efficiency.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in implementing and improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and support organizational goals.
