Staff Now is seeking a reliable and active Lot Operations Attendant to join our core workforce at an industry-leading automotive auction facility in Tolleson, Arizona. This full-time position provides a highly consistent, stable schedule on a desirable first-shift rotation, allowing you to secure steady hours while keeping your afternoons completely free. Operating within a safe, organized, and independent work environment, you will play a vital role in maintaining the logistical flow of the facility by managing vehicle placement and helping coordinate daily on-site inventory operations.

• Support daily facility logistics by efficiently moving, staging, and organizing a wide range of vehicles across the facility parking lot.
• Park and secure sold units in assigned zones to maximize space utilization and maintain clean thoroughfares.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle placement and cross-reference inventory sheets to ensure precise lot organization.
• Collaborate with team members and on-site coordinators to keep day-to-day operations running safely and on schedule.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
