Material Handler (Standup Forklift Operator) – 12

Hour Shift Night.

Winland Foods values Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of goods and materials across warehouse, production, and packaging operations.

Schedule:

6:00pm–6:30am, working a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

495S99thAve, Tolleson, AZ.

Full time.

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment; perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation; stage materials to prevent production downtime.
• Return materials to appropriate locations, handle recyclable materials, and deliver daily parcel shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain an audit‑ready work environment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food‑safety policies; ensure proper storage procedures for allergens, kosher, and organic products.
• Contribute to process improvements, 5S efforts, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist team members, provide training or guidance when appropriate, and adapt to operational changes.
• Use computer systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory transfers and reporting; maintain accurate material‑handling records.

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications such as forklift, ClassA CDL with tanker endorsement are a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• 18+years of age; ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand/walk up to 90% of shift, and climb as needed.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and other food‑safety regulations.
• Computer literacy in SAP, hand scanners, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, dependable, self‑motivated, and willing to work overtime or weekends as needed.
