Lead teams on one or more lines with minimal supervision and direct operators to maintain safety, productivity, waste, housekeeping and quality standards;
Perform minor mechanical repairs and line adjustments;
Conduct makeready/changeover machine setups per production schedules;
Assist in preventative maintenance tasks and seek continuous improvements to reduce waste and increase production;
Ensure materials are scanned into Plex and scrap is recorded accurately
