Production Associate

Production Associate – Tolleson, AZ

Georgia‑Pacific is looking for safety‑oriented individuals to join our packaging and cellulose business as a Production Associate in a climate‑controlled facility in Tolleson, AZ.

Compensation: $21.65 per hour. Shift differential: $1.00 per hour between 7 pm and 7 am. Eligible for a Performance Pay program offering up to a 6 % quarterly bonus. Compensation can increase based on skills and performance.

The facility uses a 5‑2‑2‑5 schedule with 12‑hour shifts: 06:45 am‑7 pm and 06:45 pm‑7 am. You will rotate between day and night every two weeks. Candidates must be able to work this schedule. The location operates a point‑based attendance program.

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment, or completion of post‑high‑school education in manufacturing or industrial fields.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.
• One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment.
• Must be able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts on a 5‑2‑2‑5 schedule.

• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

• Strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
• Tasks include lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud/noisy, industrial high‑volume environment.
