Location:
Tolleson, AZ $23.32 per hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous CNC machine operation experience required
- Basic computer skills and experience working with computerized systems
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Operate CNC machines and related production equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
- Enter and review production data using computer systems
- Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Machine Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
