The candidate will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, and build resident relations. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of property management experience, specifically with Section 8 or Market Rate, and knowledge of Yardi software. This position also requires the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
