Starting Pay: $15.15 per hour
Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Responsible for receiving all donations in an expedient, courteous manner and placing items in the appropriate location in the production room or sales floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accept all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
- Correctly label Gaylords.
- Ensure a receipt is offered to each donor, regardless of donation size.
- Inquire about potential hazardous products and provide disposal locations to the customer.
- Write sales tickets and signage for furniture, electrical, and other large items.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to and from vehicles.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organize the production room per PPM (picture process map) standards.
- Assist in loading or unloading of merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers as needed.
- Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
- Conduct daily safety inspections on all company owned equipment including walkie stackers, ensuring safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
- Provide floor care duties at a retail store as needed.
- Cross‑train in other store positions as business needs.
- Maintain regular and consistent in‑person attendance.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pass a forklift certification class.
- Speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
