About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong customer base, and establishing WVH’s presence in the architectural wood products and veneer market across North America.
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, building relationships, and developing the future sales organization.
What You’ll Do- Own and lead the sales strategy for WVH’s veneer manufacturing division
- Build new business across North America (architects, designers, millwork, furniture, cabinetry markets)
- Develop and manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Leverage industry network to secure high-value commercial opportunities
- Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy and market expansion
- Help build, structure, and scale the future sales team
- Drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, expanding manufacturing environment
- Strong background in wood veneer, timber, or architectural wood products
- Proven track record of building and growing commercial accounts
- Established industry network within design, architecture, or millwork sectors (highly preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills
- Experience working closely with manufacturing or production teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on growth environment
- Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
