Security Officer - Part Time Lobby

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.;
Monitor front desk activity, greet employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and help to verify access permissions according to site protocols.;
Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate destination, and document visitor information, incidents, and/or unusual activity in a clear and professional manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying designated contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.;
Observe entry points, lobby areas, and incoming traffic at the location to help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly daily operations.
