Installation Supervisor; Liner Division

This dual-role position is responsible for leading installation crews on geomembrane liner and cover projects throughout the United States while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. When not assigned to field projects, the supervisor will support manufacturing operations by leading production teams, coordinating workflow, and assisting with fabrication, warehouse, and operational activities.

This is a working leadership position requiring the ability to lead by example while performing physical labor alongside employees. The successful candidate will supervise crews, coordinate daily work activities, communicate professionally with customers, resolve field and production challenges, enforce safety and quality standards, and help drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, adaptable leader with a strong work ethic, proven construction or manufacturing experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to travel on short notice, work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as business demands require.

• Travel across the country, and occasionally internationally, to support geomembrane liner and cover installation projects.
• Lead and manage installation crews in proper installation techniques for containment liners, covers, and related products and services.
• Monitor crew work to ensure quality control, proper workmanship, and project standards are met.
• Train, mentor, lead, and assess new installation team members.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce company safety standards.
• Prepare and verify tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project.
• Fly or drive to project locations alone or with a crew, based on customer timelines and installation schedules.
• Inspect and measure projects during site visits as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with the project point of contact to understand the project scope, requirements, and expectations.
• Communicate with sales staff, customers, customer representatives, engineers, project managers, inspectors, and other project stakeholders regarding job progress, field conditions, and project deviations.
• Identify and report project issues, safety concerns, material concerns, schedule concerns, or quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company on jobsites, during travel, and in customer-facing situations.
• Work as a manufacturing team member or crew leader when assigned to the plant.
• Support production, fabrication, warehouse, and miscellaneous plant tasks when there is no active field project.
• Lead or assist with organizing labor, materials, tools, and work priorities in the factory.
• Help maintain quality, safety, productivity, and teamwork in the manufacturing environment.
• Complete other warehouse, production, and operational tasks as assigned.

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction, installation, roofing, welding, manufacturing, agriculture, equipment, or handyman experience is a plus.
• Experience in operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be analytical and able to solve practical, real-world problems.
• Must have strong hands‑on ability and good mechanical or handyman skills.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including working outdoors in Arizona heat and other challenging weather conditions.
• Must be flexible and willing to work long hours, odd hours, weekends, and changing schedules as project needs require.
• Must be able to travel on very short notice for several days, weeks, or longer at a time.
• Must be able to work in both field installation and manufacturing plant environments.
• Must be able to follow instructions, enforce rules, lead by example, and maintain professional conduct with crews and customers.
• Must be at least 23 years old, have a valid driver’s license, at least 3 years of U.S. driving history, and no major driving violations in order to be accepted by Company Auto Insurance.
• Must be willing to provide a Motor Vehicle Record.
• English required. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to reliably report to Tolleson, AZ before starting work.
