Pay Range

- Are you an experienced electrician who enjoys solving complex electrical problems and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support the maintenance, repair, installation, and optimization of electrical and automated systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- In this role, you will work alongside maintenance professionals, engineers, and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support automation systems that keep production moving.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical malfunctions in machinery and industrial systems to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and cleaning of motors, panels, wiring, and electrical components.
- Install, test, and calibrate electrical equipment, conduit, and control panels using blueprints and technical schematics.
- Work with PLCs, sensors, motor starters, drives, and industrial automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards.
- Conduct routine testing to identify issues before equipment failures occur.
- Replace relays, switches, motors, and other electrical components.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production teams to improve reliability.
- Experience or training in the Electrician world
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Previous experience as a maintenance electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics.
- Proficiency using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
- Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
