Whether you have direct c-store experience or you’re a trade school graduate with 4–5 years of commercial service experience, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected, family-run contractor. - Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for convenience store clients
- Work on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and related controls
- Perform scheduled maintenance, emergency service calls, and system diagnostics
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal team members
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation daily
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and customer site requirements
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional jobsite presence
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed

- EPA Universal required, OSHA 10 or NATE preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a federally compliant drug test and background check
