Electrical Field Manager

Patrick Riley Cooling is seeking an Electrical Field Manager to lead residential electrical work supporting HVAC installations, change-outs, and service in the greater Phoenix area. In this role, you'll supervise field electricians, plan and schedule jobs, and ensure all work is safe, code-compliant, and high quality. You'll work hands-on in the field, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC-related issues, and coordinate closely with technicians, dispatch, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field electricians on residential HVAC-related projects
• Plan, schedule, and assign electrical work for installations, change-outs, and repairs
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and quality checks on electrical/HVAC systems
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, dispatch, and project managers to meet deadlines
• Train and mentor field staff on electrical best practices and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope, findings, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate job documentation, material usage, and service records
• Support estimating, material takeoffs, and job planning as needed
• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer-first service
