Logistics Support Coordinator – Customer Service & Dispatch (Administrative) Position Summary

KSC Foods is seeking a dependable and organized Logistics Support Coordinator to support daily transportation, delivery, and customer service operations. This position works closely with the Logistics Manager, CDL drivers, warehouse employees, and institutional customers to help coordinate routes, prepare delivery documentation, monitor driver activity, communicate operational updates, and resolve routine delivery issues. This is a fast-paced support role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

• Prepare load-out sheets, delivery paperwork, and other transportation documents.
• Provide daily dispatch and route support to CDL drivers.
• Monitor driver locations and route progress through Samsara.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays, and operational needs to drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with route planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate hotel accommodations and other driver travel needs.
• Review documentation for accuracy and maintain organized transportation records.
• Help resolve routine customer, driver, and delivery concerns.
• Support compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Customer service, transportation, dispatch, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.
• Professional and dependable approach to customer and driver communication.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Samsara or another transportation-management system is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an office and warehouse-support environment.
