Class A CDL Driver – Home Daily – $1,300/Week – No-Touch Freight

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL Drivers in Phoenix, Arizona to haul palletized water for a dedicated customer account. This is a home-daily, no-touch freight position with consistent work, weekly pay, and multiple shift options.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Home Time: Home Daily
Average Weekly Pay: $1,300
Average Annual Pay: $66,000
Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off

• Average $1,300 per week
• Average $66,000 annually
• $0.65 per mile
• $25 per stop
• $20 per hour detention pay after the first hour
• Paid weekly

Drivers work a 5-day workweek and average 10–12 hours per day
, with 2 consecutive days off each week

Available shifts include:

• Tuesday through Saturday – 11:00 AM start
• Friday through Tuesday – 5:00 AM start

• Drive a day cab
• Pull dry van trailers
• Haul palletized water
• No-touch freight
• Dedicated customer account

• Must be at least 22 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must create a profile with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway signs and safety instructions, respond to official inquiries, communicate with the public, and complete required reports and records
