Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | Start time varies 5 am-8 am (must be flexible with start times | 5-8 hour shifts)

• Entry-level role; preferred minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior lead or team coordination experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and lower throughout the entire shift
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs or more consistently
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Strong communication skills; able to read and write effectively
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others
• Flexible availability (Monday-Saturday schedule, varying start times)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Guide, coach, and support new and existing team members
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and to performance expectations
• Maintain strong working relationships with associates, management, and supervisors
• Communicate regularly with Staffmark management and UPS supervisors
• Monitor workflow and assist with daily production operations
• Provide clear communication reports and updates as assigned
• Promote teamwork, reliability, and positive work environment standards
• Assist with staffing coordination and help manage teams ranging from 15 to 40+ employees
• Perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials
