Location:
Specified Cox location (no remote). Travel required to deliver equipment across the valley. Shift: Day. Flexible work option:

- Receiving and putting away CPE shipments and material products into assigned Bin/Row locations from the Primary Distribution Center (PDC) or manufacturer.
- Fulfilling CPE and material orders to boundary partners (Field Service Technicians, Installation Contractors, Solution Stores, 3rd Party Stores, etc.), monitoring inventory levels, and restocking appropriately.
- Utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications and scanners for all warehouse functions.
- Processing CPE returns by preparing them for shipment back to the PDC, including sorting, boxing, labeling, shrink‑wrapping, and staging on pallets.
- Monitoring and restocking Quick Pick locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Using light warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts.
- Safely operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and larger delivery vehicles for pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of CPE, materials, equipment, and mail.
- Assisting in daily cycle counts to audit physical and systemic inventory accuracy.
- Performing additional duties as requested.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than 2 years of related field experience. (Minimum requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle, including commercial motor vehicle (DOT physical required where applicable).
- Physical ability to lift 50-70 pounds and push/pull pallets and carts; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) and aptitude for learning warehouse management systems (e.g., CHAT, Oracle, ICOMS).
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, and other light equipment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and service‑oriented teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on‑call rotations.
- Preferred: 1+ year experience operating 20-26 foot box trucks.

Familiarity with warehouse software/systems such as Oracle, CHAT Pallet Builder.
