Fresh Loading Manager

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FRESH LOADING MANAGER IN TOLLESON, AZ

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Fresh Loading Manager to join our team in Tolleson, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for managing the associates in the Department, Shipping and office clerks of the warehouse, reporting attendance issues, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator, high level of computer and WMS system literacy, and more below.

• Starting at $60,000 – $62,000/year

• Individual schedules determined by volume and client needs
• Located in Tolleson, Arizona

(Salary range based on experience)

• Manages the associates in the Department, Shipping and office clerks of the warehouse
• Take roll call, fill out times on daily schedule
• Report attendance issues
• Work closely with WCDL dispatch and yard goat
• Coordinate dock doors and trailers in the yard
• Assign duties to employees and schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedule and perform periodic evaluations of employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies
• Assist other warehouse floor supervisors and associates in warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job duties
• Follow up on customer concerns/complaints, examine discrepancy reports, and resolve to restore and promote good public relations with the client
• Ensure store departures are met
• Delegate loading and down stacking assignments
• Overall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse/offices
• Supervise the practice of seal policies placed on loads
• Promote a positive work environment while also being a team builder
• Work closely with staff to ensure quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associate
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager
• High level of computer and WMS system literacy
• Some college level training preferred but not necessary so long as there is experience in warehouse supervision and some experience in the wholesale industry preferred
• Some college level management education and/or 2 years warehouse supervising experience in wholesale industry
• Strong computer skills required; with knowledge in MS Office, Excel and WMS system literacy
• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
• Physical demands: lifting up to 10 lbs, sitting at a computer for long periods, climbing stairs, ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
