Warehouse Order Picker – 2nd Shift, Full Time

Location:

Tolleson, AZ. Shift: 12:00pm–8:30pm, Monday‑Friday.

As a Warehouse Associate, you may work in one of five areas:
Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, Custodian, or SC1 across roles.

• Select, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately and timely.
• Pick above ground level with adherence to safety procedures.
• Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift.
• Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock product.
• Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance: sanitize restrooms, vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, clean windows, and remove trash.
• Move into any of the above roles as needed (SC1).
• Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture.

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills (verbal & written).
• Full‑time associate ability: willing to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• At least 18years old.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior warehouse or applicable experience (fast‑food, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.).

• Competitive Pay Rate: $19.00per hour + $1.00per hour shift differential.
