Parts Warehouse Associate – Monday‑Friday 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

The Parts Warehouse Associate is essential to our operations, preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders, managing inventory, and supporting shipping logistics.

• Process supply orders, pull materials, and place orders in the delivery area.
• Prepare invoices for parts orders and process all invoices received from drivers.
• Interact with drivers, organizing routes based on filled orders.
• Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile with computer‑generated reports, and manage inventory levels.
• Receive, unpack, deliver goods, and restock items as necessary.
• Document returns and process purchasing orders following established procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, including routine housekeeping tasks.
• Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical/problem‑solving skills for customer and company benefit.
• Computer proficiency.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Pass post‑offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.

• $18–19 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
