The Warehouse Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, palletizing, wrapping, and staging products for customer orders. This position uses pick sheets, labels, warehouse equipment, and Company procedures to build accurate and stable pallets for shipment while maintaining product quality, warehouse safety, and a clean, organized work environment.
Key responsibilities include selecting products according to pick sheets or labels, building and staging pallets, reporting damaged or out-of-stock products, operating approved warehouse equipment, supporting replenishment and loading activities, and following all safety, food safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
Qualified candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as required. Previous experience in a warehouse, order selection, distribution, or related areas is preferred.
