Represent the Medical Center Director and Chief, Health Administration Service in administrative matters outside normal tours;
Provide full medical administrative support during non-standard tours to clinical and administrative medical center staff;
Provide technical guidance to meet procedural, legal, and administrative requirements relating to the care and treatment of patients;
Process administrative issues including beneficiary death, seriously ill cases, elopements, suicides, DOAs, etc.;
Conduct analytical studies on operational processes and related projects and make recommendations to management to resolve issues
