Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer;
Maintain regular attendance and varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime;
Lead and train Team Members on policies and procedures; supervise daily operations;
Execute merchandising, opening/closing procedures, price changes, and loss prevention;
