Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break) Pay Rate: $18/hour Overview Client of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Back Office Assistant to join our Shipping & Logistics Department, specifically supporting the Green Coffee Desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quiet, focused back-office environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating domestic shipments, managing inventory and warehouse reports, and assisting with documentation using specialized software.

Key Responsibilities Create contracts of sale and delivery orders for green coffee using Eximware (no prior experience required) Schedule truck pickups and coordinate shipping logistics Monitor and track ongoing domestic shipments Generate inventory and warehouse reports Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive environment Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets Strong customer service and communication skills Bilingual:
