Role Description

The Warranty Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tomball, TX. This position is responsible for accurately processing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and policies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing repair orders for proper documentation, verifying coverage, coding labor and parts, and tracking claim status to ensure timely payment. The role also involves maintaining warranty records, communicating with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers, and resolving any discrepancies or denials.

The Warranty Administrator supports customer satisfaction by helping ensure repairs are handled efficiently and transparently.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Warranty Administration skills, including claim processing, documentation review, and compliance with manufacturer policies.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to support positive experiences for drivers and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for working with customers, service staff, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with dealership management systems and basic office software.
  • General Motors experience Relevant experience in automotive service or dealership operations, especially in warranty or service administration, is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to accuracy in recordkeeping and claim submission are important.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in automotive service or administration is a plus.
