COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$26 $ 55 per hour based on experience, certifications, and production

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience required

Dealership experience preferred

ASE and/or OEM certifications strongly preferred

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with brakes, suspension, drivability, engine repair, maintenance, and diagnostics

Must have your own tools

Clean background required

Valid driver's license with clean driving record required

Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism are a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles efficiently and accurately

Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs

Complete maintenance services, brakes, tune-ups, suspension work, and advanced diagnostics

Maintain accurate repair documentation

Work closely with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Stay current with evolving automotive technology and manufacturer training
