We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Operations Manager to lead our Aftermarket Services Customer Center in Houston, TX
. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, and team performance while ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.

• Lead all operations for the Atlanta Customer Center—delivering on‑time, high‑quality aftermarket services.
• Drive year‑over‑year growth in revenue and EBIT through operational excellence.
• Maximize efficiency, resource planning, and workshop utilization.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Champion Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team across operations and customer service.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across global Nikkiso Cryogenic Services locations to share best practices and drive consistency.

Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience leading operations or aftermarket services in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong financial and business acumen — experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost performance.
• Expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 6S programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with cryogenic or industrial equipment a major plus!
