Job OverviewThe Workshop Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of the Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS) workshop operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of equipment repairs, overhauls, inspections, testing, and refurbishment activities. This position is accountable for delivering world-class aftermarket support for cryogenic pumps and turboexpander related equipment supporting the LNG, industrial gas, hydrogen, air separation, petrochemical, and clean energy markets.
The Workshop Supervisor leads a multidisciplinary team of technician personnel while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, Sales, Quality, and Global SHEQ to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support NCS's strategic growth objectives.
