X Health is seeking Full-Time Inbound Customer Care Representatives to join our team! This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, providing meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid on-site training

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally
• Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care
• Document all communications in the CRM platform
• Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
• Must pass a routine criminal background check
