Dynamic Systems, Inc., a national leader in mechanical and process construction, seeks a Structural Detailer to support complex HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. In this role, you will develop precise 2D and 3D structural and support details for data centers, healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities, coordinating closely with engineering, fabrication, and field teams. You will interpret design documents, apply building codes and standards, support clash detection, and prepare shop drawings and bills of material.

Responsibilities
- Create detailed structural drawings and 3
- D models for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects using CAD/BIM software
- Interpret architectural, mechanical, and structural plans to produce coordinated shop and fabrication drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability
- Apply building codes, industry standards, and company detailing standards to all deliverables
- Prepare bills of material, insertion points, and support details for fabrication and installation
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other trades to maintain accurate, clash-free models
- Revise drawings and models based on RFIs, change orders, and field redlines
- Maintain drawing/document control, versioning, and proper digital file organization
- Support project schedules by meeting detailing deadlines and communicating progress and risks
- Participate in continuous improvement, technology upgrades, and best-practice sharing within the detailing team
