We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience Tomball. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of infants. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for infants.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and care.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and growth of the children.
• Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry infants and engage in physical activities.
• Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
